       To produce graducates with the knowledge and skills of halal culinary and halal food business management that the needs of the halal food business.

Objective

  1. Apply knowledge and skills for halal culinary to creating and develop halal food business at all level.

  3. Have morals, professional ethics, diligence and good attitude towards the profession in halal culinary.
